LaunchPath is not a placement service for jobs or internships. What we provide are all the ingredients for a successful entry into the job market: assessment-and-interest-based career path options, your professional profile and narrative, an effective job search strategy and process, critical-to-success networking tools and skills, interview preparation and coaching, post-interview analysis and ultimately, offer selection and negotiation assistance. Our process not only addresses the first job, but also imparts skills and abilities for a lifetime of success.

We teach resume creation and modifications that score highly on traditional and AI-enabled ATS technologies – and that also contain a narrative that catches a human recruiter (or management) attention. More importantly, we teach you networking and outreach strategies that go beyond sending online applications – so you aren’t stuck competing with a pile of resumes. The reality is that there has never been a new-grad job market impacted more by ‘who you know’ than right now – and we coach and instruct on ‘how to get to know’ as a core part of the job search.
