Who we are

Co-Founder, LaunchPath

Bryan Nobida

For nearly 30 years, Bryan Nobida has worked in executive recruiting, guiding job seekers at every stage of their careers—from recent graduates taking their first steps into the workforce to seasoned professionals moving into senior management. Over decades, he has placed hundreds of professionals in key roles, with a particular focus on Technology, including Software, Hardware, and SaaS, as well as Fintech, Real Estate and Asset Management..

Born and raised in San Francisco, Bryan has always been immersed in a culture of innovation and forward-thinking. This perspective has shaped his belief that career development is not a static process, but a dynamic journey. What Bryan has seen again and again is that in this ever-changing professional world, resumes may get you a look, and interviews may get you in the door, but it’s the relationships you build that truly change careers. The ability to connect with others, build trust, and grow a network is often the difference between candidates who get overlooked and those who get hired.

This is the very insight that led him and his partner to co-found LaunchPath. They recognized that while many young professionals are taught how to build a résumé, few are shown how to build a network that will actually launch their career. Drawing on Bryan’s three decades of insider knowledge, he and his partner have created a proven framework for students and recent grads. Their approach blends practical strategies—résumé positioning, LinkedIn presence, and interview preparation—with the deeper skills of networking and relationship-building that create lasting career opportunities.

A Bay Area native, Bryan earned his degree from Cal (Go Bears!) and has spent years coaching basketball, from youth leagues to high school varsity. Those experiences shaped his belief that young people thrive when they have a coach who pushes them, supports them, and believes in their potential. Through LaunchPath, he brings that same coaching mindset to career development, helping students and families feel confident about the future.
